  • Self-Assess Fitness levels in several areas of health-related fitness
  • Set personal fitness goals for several areas of health-related fitness

Lesson Activities + (time frame)
  • Do Now 11.1 (Changing Time - 12 min)
  • Whole Group (Teacher Directed - 15 min)
  • Compare results to charts (10 min) - look at your scores. Did you score within the marginal fitness zone or above? Compare your results to for each of the assessment areas. When you complete this begin working on the Exit Ticket.
