  • Review, recall, and recognize the six assessment areas for the physical fitness test.
  • Self-Assess Fitness levels in several areas of health-related fitness
  • Self-Monitor fitness personal best goals

    • With an elbow partner, talk about which area of the fitness personal best you would like to improve on most today.
  • Fitness Personal Best
    • Today you will be once again working on the Fitness Personal Best. Remember to do your best in each assessment, and try to set a new personal best record.
  • Reflection and Action plan
    • Once you have completed all the assessments click on the link below to record your scores. Remember to click on the box to send yourself a copy of your submission.
