  • Fitness ASAP
    Choose your own groups. As a group, choose which ASAP you will perform together. Make sure to bring any and all equipment that you will need to complete the ASAP.
  • Basic CardioKickboxingToday, we’re going to complete a kickboxing workout that will get our bodies moving and our hearts pumping. Participation in cardio kickboxing routines requires body-control and self-control. The punches and kicks we perform are for exercise only. Use your control to keep everyone safe.
