  • SW become familiarized with the protocols for Fitnessgram assessments (Trunk Lift, Shoulder Stretch, Mod. Sit & Reach, Body Composition)
  • SW practice proper techniques for the assessments.

  1. Review Assessment protocols for Fitnessgram (Videos - TRUNK LIFT, SHOULDER STRETCH, MOD. SIT-&-REACH, BODY COMPOSITION) [30 min]
  2. Pre-assessment for the Fitnessgram [60 min]
  3. Set goals for next assessment [10 min]
