- Have students read on their own. When the are done, have a short Q&A about what HIIT is.
- HIIT workouts (60 min) - follow the link to be able to choose from a variety of HIIT workouts. Either individually or in a group, choose 2 different HIIT workouts to do today. You will have 30 minutes to complete each workout for a total of one hour. Before you begin the HIIT workout, be sure to complete a Fitness ASAP as your warm-up.
