Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 6

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 6
So you've had a day to recover from sitting on your butt all day yesterday to recover from all your great food from xmas. Now it's time to kick it back into high gear and get moving again.
Today you have three (3) exercises, complete each exercise, one after another with not resting in between. Do five (5) sets.
Level 1: 40 reps     Level 2: 60 reps     Level 3: 80 reps each     Rest: up to 2 minutes between sets.
