Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 9

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 9
Time for a few more sets of push-ups. Complete 5 sets of pushups, and remember, if you can't do regular push ups, modify them so that you can be successful. For each set you are doing them to failure (as many as you can). Rest for 30 seconds between sets.
