Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 3


Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.
For the walking-jogging-running part of the challenges download Google Fit App [android] or Health [iphone] (free and no ads). Install it and make sure you take your phone with you everywhere you go. Keep an eye on your progress and don’t stop until you reach your goal for the day.
Take a photo or video yourself and post it to instagram and/or Twitter with #bhsfitnesschallenge so I can see it. You can follow me on instagram or Twitter @pewithmrt. Good luck! 

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 3
Perform each exercise with no resting in between each exercise. To complete this challenge, you will complete 5 sets.
Level 1 40 reps each   Level 2 60 reps each   Level 3 80 reps each   Rest up to 2 minutes
