Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 8

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 8
Only a few days left in 2014, and the New Year is right around the corner. That means that are got to start strengthening those abdominal muscles. Today's challenge is the up and down plank. Complete 3 sets.

Level 1: 10 reps     Level 2: 20 reps     Level 3: 30 reps     Rest: up to two minutes between sets
Lowering down and coming up = 1 rep
