Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 12

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 12
Complete one exercise after the other as fast as you can. NOTE: Don't lower your arms after raised arm circle exercise, keep them up. Complete 5 sets.

Level 1: 40 reps     Level 2: 60 reps     Level 3: 80 reps
raised arm hold: Level 1: 20 seconds    Level 2: 40 seconds     Level 3: 60 seconds
Rest: up to two minutes between sets
