Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 22

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge (first two days of break were rest). Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.
