Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 15

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 15
Today's challenge is to complete 400 squats throughout the day. Do as many (or little) as you can, but if you are looking for a challenge do at least 40 reps for each set.


note: can't do squats? try doing side leg raises instead
