Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 13

Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 13
It's the first Saturday of the new year, time to gear up with some cardio. Complete each set as fast as you can. Every time you get to rest, you've completed one set.

Level 1: 5 sets     Level 2: 7 sets     Level 3: 10 sets
Rest: up to two minutes between sets
