Welcome to the PE with Mr. T Winter Break Fitness Challenge. This has been designed as a 25-day no-equipment fitness challenge. Each day their is a challenge that you can do to challenge yourself throughout the winter break. The challenges includes home cardio workouts, strength and core focused routines and several challenges for everyone in your family.

Winter Break Fitness Challenge Day 18
I know, your chest and shoulders are tired from yesterday's push up challenge. Lucky us, no pushing today. Today is all about cardio, so let get going.
Today you have three (3) exercises, complete each exercise, one after another without resting in between. Do five (5) sets.
Rest: up to 2 minutes between sets.
